Philosophy
Liz Ragland believes that a yoga practice should be joyful, useful, and transformative. She offers a relatable, practical interpretation of traditional practice, infusing the physical with imagination and metaphor.
Liz’s core teaching values are inclusion, body neutrality, and respecting students’ agency over their own bodies and experiences.
Expect class to be dynamic, challenging, and imaginative while still accessible to all levels of practitioner.
“Each class is a valuable experience for the community, and the return rate of participants is unmatched for any similar style class.”

My partner had never done yoga before and I have done yoga off and on for most of my life. Liz's class has been the perfect fit for both of us. A true all-levels class and an amazing gift for our community. Her teaching is creative and dynamic, offering opportunities for challenge and play. We look forward to her class every week and recommend it to all of our friends.
