Slow burn

Slow Burn is a mat workout using elements of Pilates and other mindful movement techniques to strengthen and align. Add-ins and modifications are offered to make each workout as low-impact or as challenging as you need it to be.

Slow Burn is suitable for all levels and is an excellent complement to your yoga practice.

Liz Ragland is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher from Baltimore.

Liz believes that a yoga practice should be joyful, useful, and transformative. She offers a relatable, practical interpretation of traditional practice, infusing the physical with imagination and metaphor.

Expect class to be dynamic, challenging, and imaginative while still accessible to all levels of practitioner.
